Sunshine and shady trails
It’s wonderful to be out of town exploring a new park. I’m a little nervous at the jammed parking lot and the large family group gathered at tables near the entrance, but the winding trail quickly spaces everyone out.
A two mile trail, reasonably well marked with arrows and white blazes, winds through streams and little water falls, wild flowers and natural arches, and weirdly life-like boulders.

They tumble like the scattered blocks of a gigantic toddler
Etched with the history of the ages in their swirled stone
